MUG CLUB

BETHANY BREWING MUG CLUB RULES & POLICIES

  • You must be of legal drinking age in Delaware to participate.

  • Memberships are non-transferrable.

  • Membership dues are $100 for one year, and must be renewed annually. If you join or leave mid-year, your membership will NOT be pro-rated or refunded.

  • Mugs must always remain at the Bethany Brewing. If you break a mug, you will be required to pay a $20 breakage fee before enjoying club benefits again. If we break your mug, we’ll gladly provide you with a new one.

  • Mugs belonging to members may not be used by anyone else.

  • Mugs are the property of Bethany Brewing and will always stay at Bethany Brewing.

  • Mug club membership is currently limited to 150 members.

  • Mug Club membership runs for one year and is renewable upon the purchase anniversary date. Non-renewals will be made available to the public 30 days after the membership expires.

  • Mug Club members will receive early notification of new releases.

  • Mug Club members will be invited to an annual pizza party.

  • Mug Club members get a 20oz pour for $6.00 with no other promotional discounts.

  • Mug privileges are limited to three mugs per day.

  • Members may opt to have a standard pour for $5 in lieu of member mug pours.

  • Mug Club members get 10% of merchandise purchases.

  • Mug Club members get $2 off purchases of 4 pack 16oz cans as available.

  • Mug Club members get a free pour on their birthday.

  • Wine, Cider and Sours are not included.

  • Beers >7% ABV are not included.

  • Any mug club member who drinks irresponsibility, drinks too excessively, and/or disrespects Bethany Brewing  staff or its guests in any way will immediately lose their membership and no refund will be provided.

  • Members are to sign to acknowledge that they have read and understand the Mug Club rules.

 

Bethany Brewing, LLC reserves the right to change the Mug Club rules/polices/perks at any time and to take any actions necessary to comply with the laws of the state of Delaware.
